1. Clarity & Coaching (Mind)
We begin by understanding what your body and nervous system are reacting to — not just the symptoms, but the pattern underneath. From there, we create small, realistic shifts that build momentum without overwhelm.2. Breathwork (Regulation & Reset)
Your breath is the fastest way to signal safety to the body. Tailored breathwork sequences help calm the system, release internal pressure, and reconnect you to your baseline. Each session is adapted to your health profile and comfort level.3. Functional Movement (Releasing Stored Stress)
Stress doesn’t just live in the head , it lives in the body tissues and fascia. Through light functional movement influenced by yoga principles & myofascial release we safely unlock physical tension and restore flow, posture, and groundedness.4. MindBody Integration (Resilience & Embodiment)
We close by guiding the body and mind into deeper connection through mindfulness, non sleep deep rest (yoga nidra) or somatic grounding. This consolidates the reset so it doesn’t disappear once you leave the session. -

About Mike
I’ve spent the past 15 years exploring the connection between the body, the nervous system and emotional wellbeing. First to heal myself, and then to help others do the same.
Before I became a coach, stress showed up in my life as physical symptoms: inflammation, asthma, a nervous system stuck on high alert alongside chronic overthinking with no clear strategies. Traditional “mind-first” approaches didn’t shift anything significant. It wasn’t until I began working through the body with the mind that I experienced real change , not just relief, but reconnection.
Over the last 15+ years I’ve trained extensively in yoga, functional movement and breathwork, guiding more than 4,000 classes and organising over 40 mind-body retreats. What I saw again and again is that people don’t need to be “fixed” , they need to come back into their body, where clarity and self-trust already live.
Today, I help people regulate stress, rebuild safety in the body, and reconnect to who they are beneath the overwhelm, with a practical, grounded approach that avoids drama, complexity or over-analysis.
I don’t believe in endless talking or staying stuck in the story.
I believe in giving the nervous system what it needs to shift, so you can start living again.
