Simple
Sessions are available online via Zoom or in person at my practice in Brussels.
Each session lasts between 60–75 minutes, depending on what your body and nervous system need that day.
Rather than long-term dependency, the goal is to help you build the internal tools to reset yourself, so you feel supported, not reliant.
Intro Session
A first session at a reduced rate where we explore what you’re experiencing, introduce nervous system practices, and begin building your reset plan.
Packages
A tailored program is recommended for deeper results. Packages of 5 or 10 sessions offer reduced rates and allow the nervous system to integrate change gradually and sustainably.
My approach is not only about weekly conversations. It’s about helping you create nervous system safety and integrating these in your habits, so momentum becomes natural rather than forced..
Intro Session
A gentle starting point at a reduced rate (65 €)
This first session is an informal and relaxed conversation where we explore what you’re experiencing, introduce simple nervous system practices, and see whether we’re the right fit for each other. You’ll leave with at least one practical tool to begin using right away.
5 / 10 package
5 pack: Ideal for building foundational tools, learning to regulate stress, and gaining confidence in body-based practice. (75 € per session)
10 pack: Best for deeper transformation, nervous system resilience, and creating long-lasting habits that support alignment and clarity. (70 € per session)
Interval Coaching
Longer-term support, without intensity or pressure
After completing your initial package, interval coaching provides ongoing guidance with several weeks between sessions. This approach is perfect for maintaining momentum, keeping stress in check, and refining the tools you’ve already learned without needing weekly meetings. (price is tailor made according to frequency)
